Its “In Custody” control is checked by default, and direct testing found only results marked “In Custody: Yes.” The lack of a released-today filter matters. Copying current names into a supposed release list would misstate what the county publishes.
The individual booking schema does contain “Release Date” and “Scheduled Release Date” labels. That means the software can store release-related fields, but it does not make those fields a rolling public feed. A scheduled date is only a plan. An actual release date, when populated, relates to one booking. A name that disappears may have been booked out, transferred, corrected, or affected by an update delay.
Check Dickinson County Same-Day Releases

Getting Home After Dickinson Release
